Technical Seminar in Gatineau, Quebec Canada at the GRAND HÉRON SCHOOL.
The event will run from 9:30 am – 3:30 pm on Saturday October 18. It will be held at Grand Héron School . The event will be open to all ages and levels, but it is recommended that participants have at least 1-year of training experience.
The cost will be $25/person. This is without lunch. Lunch could be organized with (sandwiches and drinks), however the cost will be adjusted accordingly. Let the organizers know what works best for you.
For those travelling a long way help can be provided with accommodations, and organized homestays for those interested. Please make arrangements with the organizers ASAP.
The curriculum will cover kihon, kata, kihon kumite, and kumite.

Registration is ON!
Submit registration fees by etransfer to karateduplateau@outlook.com. Include the name of the student(s), and use the security response: karate (no caps or accents).
Special clinics on kumite – introductory aspects for younger students, and more advanced tactics for others. Bring your own fighting equipment. (A few extra sets are available, but not necessary the sizes or quantities for all).
Other topics to be covered are kihon waza, kata (pinans and advanced kata) and kihon kumite!
