Karate Du Plateau will be hosting a technical seminar on Saturday 18, April in Gatineau, QC. The seminar will be at the same school that was used last October.
Norma Foster and Simon Raybould will be leading the session. It is open to all members, but it is recommended that students have at least a basic grasp of terminology and dojo etiquette (yellow belt?).
Norma will offer focused training to brown and black belts, and Simon Raybould will work with colour belts. Subject material will focus on our curriculum: kihon waza, kata, kihon kumite and sparring. Participants are welcome to request specific areas of focus that they would like to see on the day – Please let me know by March 7.
Please advise as early as possible if any accommodations are required. Home stays will be offered where possible, and hotel recommendations will also be provided.
